Chef Sean Christopher Arnold, founder and head chef of Mise en Place, is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef Sean Christopher discovered his love for the culinary arts more than a decade ago when he started his professional career in food service.

Chef has spent several years working in some of New York’s finest restaurants, including Xaviers, one of the most critically acclaimed restaurants in the Hudson Valley, NY located just north of Manhattan.

Chef Sean Christopher offers a wide range of culinary expertise, including multi national, traditional American and blended cuisines.
